Swachh Bharat Mission

Swatchh Bharat Mission, Swatchh Bharat Abhiyan, or Clean India Mission is a country-wide campaign initiated by the Government of India in 2014 to Not going to open defecation and improve solid waste management. It is a restructured version of the Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan launched in 2009. The main objective of the Abhay Yojana is to waive interest, penalty or both related to tax dues. Under this scheme, interest or penalty related to tax demands under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act and other laws is waived. More information about Abhay Yojana: Under the Abhay scheme, 100 percent interest and late fee are waived if the bill is paid in full. The customer has the option to pay the outstanding balance in a lump sum or in a maximum of six installments with a 30 percent down payment. Under this scheme, there is an opportunity to clear the outstanding dues of houses, commercial premises, industries and other places. Under this scheme, penalties and interest for the current year's water bill, tax arrears, etc. are waived.
